Toffy 43 Series is the main production material we manufacture. Toffy 43 Series is offered in multiple densities to our clients. These densities are 22, 30, 40, 53, 60 and 75 g/L. 53 and 75 g/L densities are On-Site Expandable, which means that they can be expanded to desired bulk densities with an equipment called Foam Expander. Additional Toffy Particle Foam features can be seen under the GRADES. These features can be used together or single-handedly. No other Expanded Polypropylene manufacturer gives you the option to combine multiple features together, like we do! This material is recommended for parts with thin or complex geometries. Toffy Complex Geometry beads have smaller diameters compared to regular grades.
This material increases the surface friction of the molded Toffy Foam to reduce slipping of any sort. This material is mostly demanded for furniture and flooring applications.
Our 53 and 75 g/L materials are on site expandable. They can be expanded to desired bulk densities with an equipment called Expander.
There can be a “squeaking” sound on some molded parts with regular Toffy Foam. We can eliminate this sound with this special grade.
Special additives are used in the production of this material. Anti-Microbal Toffy disables bacteria and virus growth on it’s surface for the safety of consumers.
Toffy is mostly demanded in black, gray or white colors; however, we can offer you Toffy in any color you request from us. Just let us know!
This grade disables Toffy from holding static electricity during molding process or consumer use.
This grade of Toffy has high electrical conductivity. Thus, electricity can pass through molded Toffy Electro-Static material.
We can offer Toffy with different Flamability Grades from A0 to A2. These grades can be specifically adjusted upon your request and field of application.
